Listen To Your Body
Start by slowly taking a deep breath. Hold it. Hold it … OK, slowly release it.
This is the 1st of my guided meditations I use with clients to enable them to relax both their minds and bodies.
I guide them slowly through their bodies from feet to head – asking “how does your calf feel? Is it relaxed – tense?” By the time I get to their head, they are completely relaxed.
Try it! It’s a wonderful way to release stress, quiet your mind and “reacquaint yourself to yourself”.
